What each position in the blend could possibly weigh

Tongkat ali, at 200 mg a day of standardised extract for twelve weeks, is the only dose in this formula with a randomised placebo-controlled trial behind it. Tongkat ali sits second of eight, so its ceiling is 600 mg and that dose is arithmetically possible. Whether it is actually present is exactly what the panel does not say, and no calculation can recover it.
No bar here is an amount in the product, because no amount is published. Each bar is a ceiling derived from the printed order, and the reference line is the one dose in this formula with a placebo-controlled trial behind it.
The front of the bottle, and where the disclaimer sits

The front carries five things: the brand line Vitalifes, the product name HORSEMOOD over an illustration of a horse, the phrase Male Enhancement, the words Dietary Supplement, and 60 Capsules. There is no asterisk on the phrase and no disclaimer on that panel.
The FDA statement is printed on the back, at the foot of the Supplement Facts box. 21 CFR 101.93(d) requires that statement to appear on each panel carrying a statement of nutritional support, either adjacent to it with no intervening material or linked by a symbol such as an asterisk, with the disclaimer set off in a box.
Whether the phrase Male Enhancement is a statement of nutritional support is a judgement, and it is not ours to make. It describes an effect on the body, which points one way; it could be read as a category descriptor, which points the other. We print the rule, we print the photograph, and we leave it there.
An asterisk on a supplement claim is not decoration and not a hedge. It is the link between a claim and the statement saying the FDA has not evaluated it. On most bottles here every front-of-pack claim carries one. On this bottle the only claim does not.

Somebody who did not care would not have printed a species name and a plant part for each botanical. The detail on this label is good; the disclosure is not.
Underneath the blend this panel prints “*Daily Value Not Established”, correctly spelled. We mention that only because it is not always: the same eight-ingredient Test Boost blend is sold under more than one brand name, and at least one printing carries that footnote misspelled. If you are checking a bottle against the transcription above, the small print is the most useful place to look, because artwork is easy to copy and typography is not.
The capsule shell is gelatin, the last item in the other-ingredients line. Orchic substance, seventh in the blend, is bovine testicle tissue. Neither appears on the front, and between them they make this unsuitable for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone avoiding bovine material.

What exactly is in Horse Mood?
Eight ingredients inside one blend, in printed order: horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate. The other ingredients are two fillers, a disintegrant, two anti-stick agents, a flow agent and a gelatin capsule.
Why are there no individual amounts?
Because the label uses a proprietary blend. Under 21 CFR 101.36(c) a blend declares the total weight of its dietary ingredients and lists them in descending order of weight; individual amounts are not required. It is legal, common here, and why no dose on this bottle can be checked.
What can I work out from 1,200 mg across eight ingredients?
Upper bounds only. Descending order means the ingredient in position n cannot exceed the total divided by n. Horny goat weed could be up to 1,200 mg, tongkat ali up to 600 mg, boron up to 150 mg. Ceilings, not amounts.
Why does the front claim have no asterisk?
21 CFR 101.93(d) requires the FDA disclaimer to appear on each panel carrying a statement of nutritional support, either adjacent to it or linked by a symbol such as an asterisk. Here the disclaimer is on the back and the front claim carries no symbol. Whether those two words are such a statement is a judgement we are not qualified to make for you.
What does “male enhancement” actually mean on this label?
Nothing defined. It is a category euphemism with no regulatory meaning and no stated endpoint, and nothing else on the bottle explains it. It is the only claim on the front.
What is orchic substance?
Bovine testicle tissue. The monographs say there is no good evidence to support this use, that it is not clear whether it provides testosterone, and that there is not enough reliable information to know what a dose would be. Seventh of eight.
Is Horse Mood vegetarian?
No, for two reasons. The capsule shell is gelatin, made from animal collagen, and the blend contains orchic substance, bovine testicle tissue. Neither is flagged on the front.
How much boron is in it?
Not published, like everything else. Boron is last of eight, so its ceiling is 150 mg. In practice far below that: typical total intake is 1.0 to 1.5 mg a day and the adult upper limit is 20 mg.
